This metal bodied, liquid-filled compass has a true sighting optic allowing the user to read the internal pointer and dial directly, (unlike the ‘flip-up’ type optic of a traditional lensatic compass) this makes it very easy to read the dial and it’s one degree gradations. This well made compass is also waterproof and has a level bubble for super-accurate measurements, in addition there is a reference table on the back of the compass to assist in estimating distance and slope. Ideal for trekking, camping and scouting, the compass comes supplied with a high quality, canvas carrying pouch and is also tripod mountable.
