The Konus PROXIMO 9×63 Binoculars feature Bak4 prisms and anti-reflection multi-coated objectives. The ample and comfortable 9x magnification coupled with large 63mm objectives provides excellent light-gathering capabilities and also a generous wide-angle field of view. The exceptionally large objectives make the Proximo brilliant for wide-field astronomical observations or terrestrial viewing, they are also ideal for bird watching and hunting, particularly at dawn and dusk when animals tend to be most active but light is limited.

Although on the larger side, these Konus Proximo binoculars are surprisingly light as their housing is made of a lightweight and durable PVC polymer. This in turn is rubber armoured to protect against impacts while providing a slip-resistant comfortable grip. Their PVC polymer construction has the added benefit of being temperature resistant, thereby minimising excessive expansion and contraction and reducing image distortion. Although lightweight for their size, these Proximo binoculars are threaded so that they can be mounted if necessary onto a tripod with an optional tripod adapter. These Konus binoculars come supplied with lens caps, straps, carry bag and instructions.
